The Gatsby benchmarks indicate that an effective careers programme should offer every student at least one opportunity for a Personal Guidance interview by the age of 16 and the opportunity for a further interview by the age of 18.
At BCCS we aim to meet this expectation by offering all Year 11 and Post 16 students a one to one interview with a qualified Careers Advisor. All Year 11 and Post 16 students will receive an invitation to attend a meeting with the schools Careers Advisor.
The programme of appointments and further information can be found on the school VLE.
