Our four Head Students this year are excellent role models to the students across the school. Although two of them only joined us at the beginning of Year 12, they are all shining examples of the inclusive, community-based ethos we have at BCCS.
Our Head Students, along with the rest of the student leadership team, act as the leaders of student voice in the school. We want students in the Sixth Form to contribute to and help shape their community. Ably led by our Head Students, we are proud of the vibrant and inclusive Sixth Form they have helped create.
Head of Student Parliament is Jack Wilfan. A future world-changer, Jack is has always been passionate about politics and improving society for the benefit of all. He takes the same passion to the Student Parliament! Tasked with ensuring that all students have opportunities to contribute to the Sixth Form community, Jack work extraordinarily hard to represent the views of all.
Head of Student Mentoring is Aneesha Iqbal. A whirlwind of enthusiasm, Aneesha is working alongside Sixth Form staff and Subject Leaders to coordinate our student mentoring programme. Sixth Form students work with younger students across the school both in lessons and beyond, to ensure that they maximise their potential. Aneesha's intelligent and determined approach will ensure that no one misses out!
